I always feel looked after when I need anything. They went out of the way to help me and provided me with a spare piece of kit when some of mine had been damaged (not by them). I trust them with my bikes and I like spending time in the shop.

Extremely knowledgeable team. Baycycles has a variety of bikes from Electric to a good old fashioned push iron.They sale a variety of quality clothing and tools. Speedy and relable repairs and order service., Nothimg is too much for Jez,Lisa and the team as they are always personable. My 1 stop bike shop.

After buying my bike 3 1/2 years ago I have had to return twice. The first time was self inflicted and the second was a problem with the motor. On both occasions I found Jez and Lisa to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and completely fair. They have given me, a complete novice, a service that they should be so proud of. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and in fact, have done so to friends that have also bought their bikes from Bay Cycles.
