Lauren the hairstylist and manager at the Mission Viejo location was amazing and super helpful. She prepared and cut my hair in preparation for a donation to Children With Hair Loss in which they use the hair and donations to make wigs. This is one of the few charities that accepts less than 12 inches and I was able to provide 10 inches with the help of Lauren. She cleaned my hair and blew it dry aligned with the preparation requirements to mail the hair so it would not mold in transit. She then put it in a number of bands enabling cuts at 10 inches across my head. As she cut, she handed me the hair to place in a bag. Although my hair was super short after the process, she was able to fade the sides and make it look like a normal cut without buzzing the top. Truly great experience. I had wondered where to go for help on this effort and she delivered. Will be going back for future standard hair cuts.

I have been a customer of Sport Clips for over 15 years (maybe longer). It spans three different locations. I have followed Rosie to each of the locations. Lake Forest, Ladera Ranch and now Mission Viejo. She always has a smile on her face, is in a great mood and welcomes everyone in. She has great energy and the other stylists feed off of that. She positively impacts that location in so many ways! And by the way she gives a great haircut! She represents Sport Clips extremely well and you are lucky to have her!
