I get a fantastic haircut they way I request everything single visit. The app is extremely handy for setup a cut appointment, which allows free time rather then sitting waiting in the store. The price is reasonable for the service. I highly recommend Sports Cuts.

First of all, the quality of the service is most important. Carissa does a great job and her whole team seems to care about each other and their service. Second the app is awesome, even though it could use some tweaking. The ability to sign in on line and make an appointment is great. However, its ability to predict the wait time needs attention. You should not have a system that is regularly adjusting the time you should show up or moving your scheduled time by as much as 30 minutes. I really enjoy the MVP. The points of massage are great. The fact that you've always got a current sports program on the TVs is good too. The availability of quality hair products is also a good service.

I love the MVP option. Who wouldn’t want a shampoo and scalp massage, plus a hot towel on your face and a shoulder massage?

The MVP is the BEST! I love checking in on the app and getting in the queue. It’s also nice now to be able to project a time. Carissa is an AMAZING manager and she and Ashley are the only people I trust to cut my hair. They both do an AMAZING job! Carissa runs and manages a great store with an awesome team!
