I believe that offering traditional appointment options would be a step in the right direction for Sport Clips for return customers. My last visit was the best experience I've had there at Kokomo. The stylist, Jaclynn, seemed to be well trained and was also personable. To be honest, the online reservations always make me a little nervous. In the past, the times have been skewed, whereupon I had to wait much longer than what showed on the in-store board, e.g., 5 mins or On Deck- was closer to twenty minutes. Also, I would prefer that music would be playing with sports news being close captioned on the screens. When there isn't an actual game on, the sports news is quite annoying. Thanks.
