Your office staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. The delivery men have been very kind and helpful by putting the delivery of salt bags in my attached garage for me to easily reach when needed. I've suggested to the property owners where I live, they should install a tank in their office laundry where they offer a washer and dryer for our tenants to use.

We had our 25 year old softener replaced that required no more than one service call earlier this year. We use well water that has a very high manganese and iron content so that is what makes it impressive. Rob came out on a Saturday to assess our softener situation and made us aware of our options and set us up with a the twin resin tank softener Culligan had available for a few bucks less than the current one! Keith came out to install it without any issues the following Thursday and now we're back to really soft clean water again! The replacement even has a bit more softening capacity so it worked out really great.
