First, anytime we have needed a service call they answer and schedule quickly. The second thing that I appreciate about Mast Family Culligan is their family of sales and service members. From that first phone call to the final installation they are competent and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the prompt response and in-person visit upon our inquiry about a complete home water conditioning system. After water testing and conversation about an appropriate system for our home, very quick scheduling of installation occurred and it was within three days of our agreement to purchase the system. Installation was as promised and went very smoothly by a professional with extensive experience. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The whole installation took about two and a half hours, No mess was left after drilling through the wall twice. Caulking was done around the openings. We couldn't be more pleased thus far.
