Scheduling was simple, technicians have always been on time, professional and experienced. They are always patient with my explanations of how the spots and issues have occurred.

Again Andre came once and called beforehand as promised, went right to work with a very friendly disposition and eagerness he had when he cleaned our downstairs. Her went out of his way to make sure our carpets were cleaned and we were satisfied. Prices were as quoted , work done well. Great work and we felt like we were not just another appointment to get done and get out!

I was extremely pleased (10 of 10). Just one thing > I forgot to give Caiyo Rosa his Tip. I would like him to stop by when he is in the neighborhood so I can give him the Tip he deserves for doing such a great job cleaning my carpet. Have him call first so I will be sure to be at home... Thank you Richard Jacques 1 Lakeview Drive Layton, Utah

No smell from product. Willing to work with me on my area rug. However I’m left with a wet 9x12 rug to get dry and put back on the floor.

The technicians have all been very prompt or early for their appointments with me. They seem to genuinely care about doing a good job and are competent at what they do. My carpet cleans up very nicely and seems to stay clean for awhile, which I appreciate.

Kyle was on time, courteous, and professional. My carpets look great and I know from previous experience that they do not get dirty again soon because of the procedure used.
