No complaints. Everything was on time and seamless. Only thing I would like to see more of is what happens and what do I do if I'm running late getting to my car and checking out. Last time I used this facility I was charged what I thought was an exorbitant penalty. I could not find anything on your information page about that circumstance.

Love the extra room in Premiere parking. I wouldn’t however say we get any special treatment in pickup or drop off…particularly pickup. I was getting very nervous and a full van finally arrived. I always give myself plenty of time, so I wasn’t terribly stressed out.
