My watch fell off on the bus on the way to the airport. I called and they found it, and the attendant had it waiting for me upon my return a week later. Also, now you can track the bus’s location so you don’t have to rush when arriving back at BWI.

Very efficient and price effective. Friendly staff. Only negative I had difficulty exiting. We had to go through two gates and it was necessary to get out of the car and use the code or a credit card to exit. Ok with one gate but why on two?
