Your services were great right up until my wife and I were dropped off at the wrong car port on the Premium side. And we had to walk around to find our vehicle. That was a bit of am inconvenience. This has never happened before, even after handing our shuttle driver our parking card.

Easy in & easy out. My only criticism of the service is the pick-up instructions you publish through the app. The app instructs the user to exit the baggage claim and look for the green hotel shuttle green zone. However, the driver informed me that the correct pick-up point is just beyond the center airport entry doors on the opposite end. The conflict needs to be resolved with all deliberate haste.

When we returned from travel and got to the car at 11pm, my Explorer wouldn’t start. I walked over to the office, and one of the guys came right over with a flash charger and got us going. We were thrilled to be on the road about 20 minutes after discovering my dead car. Outstanding service!

I want to use accumulated free nights. However, everytime I book a reservation I’m not able to use them. It’s not very well presented for customer convenience. Please make this issue easier!
