You need to have faster times for the shuttle to come to the South at the airport. Every time I've had to wait in a long line for a minimum of 20-25 minutes. The other day I saw 2 West shuttles come to the airport to pick up people, with no South shuttle in sight. That's got to change.

I appreciated that I did not have to wait long for a bus to pick me up at the airport. Last time I ended up waiting about an hour. This time, it was about 15 minutes. The ride to and from were quick.
