Convenient location, easy to park, helpful staff. It was easy to scan the WR code to enter and exit the parking structure. Will definitely use again.

I like that I can land at midnight and still easily go out and catch a bus to the car. I've parked at many other places near LAX and some of them I have to pray I can find a bus at midnight. Then once dropped off at the facility, there's no one there. I couldn't get out of one of them. I had to go next door and get a phone number to call. Parking Spot runs a very good ship

The staff is great. The app works well. I have used the Parking Spot numerous times and never had issues. The topper was cold water on the way out. A little touch, but a nice one.

Everyone was very friendly and polite. When we arrived back from our trip, our car was waiting for us. Also gave us a cold bottle of water.

Parking spot is so easy to get to, confident and reasonably priced. So much easier to have someone else drive in the LAX traffic.

Seamless drop off and no wait for a shuttle to the airport. Pickup when we returned was equally seamless. We only waited 3 minutes for our shuttle from the airport back to our car upon our return. Great experience, we’ll be back for sure

The service was exceptional! When I arrived an attendant was there to greet me, took my bags loaded onto the shuttle. I checked in with the girl at the window then boarded the shuttle . My return, I didn’t have to wait more than maybe 5 mins, shuttle picked me up took me to parking lot, my car was waiting for me! Attendant took my bags, put in car and away I went!
