The drivers were much friendlier than in the past. Do not shy away from grabbing your luggage to load it and unload it. The driver who picked us up helped an older lady in a wheelchair first to board. Nice to see there is kindness and courtesy for others shown.

We have used the Parking Spot several times and love the convenience and shuttle. We book with the app and it is easy and convenient. It is usually a short wait for the shuttle to pick us up at our car. They give us a card with our parking space number for our return. There is a shuttle waiting outside at the bus pick up to drop us off at our car. We highly recommend the Parking Spot and the shuttle drivers.
