Overall the experience was very good. When we came back to PHX, it was unclear on the app exactly where I should be going for pickup. Zone 4 was not remotely descriptive of where I needed to be. When I eventually found the card, that had better instructions and I was able to find it, but I'd recommend amending the app instructions to read more like the card instructions, becaue as it is it's very unclear.

Super easy to find a place to park. Area was secure. And pick up from the airport was super quick! If i had any feedback it would be that it was a little confusing where to be picked up after we collected our luggage. There weren't any clear signs at the airport for 'zone 4' we ended up just walking over to the parking spot shuttle since it was so easy to see
