Great Service and the pick-up shuttle was there upon arrival!... Had the BEST driver ever,,, which I remembered her name as she had the best "jokes" and engaged the whole group of people on the shuttle!!! She needs a BIG raise if at all possible as she was terrific. If you'd like to send me an email for any if about this terrific lady, please let me know... [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED]

Parking Spot 3 is my go to place for parking at Lambert. I've always been fortunate with the shuttle timing, or maybe they are just that good.

Everything is so easy. The app is user friendly, its a convenient spot next to the airport, scanning QR code to get in, and out and shuttle pick up is quick and right next to where you park. After the trip, airport pickup and drop off are also flawless.

I reserved during a sale and was able to stay at a discount rate. The bus pick-up went smoothly, and I was able to get to the terminal building on time. The bus driver was friendly and helped with my luggage.

Pickup at the Parking Spot 3 lot upon arrival is instant. I can count on how fast you are to get me to the terminal. The return trip to the lot from the airport is also great. Maybe we are just lucky but we normally arrive at the shuttle zone to see our lot #3 pulling up. Also, your drivers at PS3 are great. Very personal and professional.

Parking Spot 3 is great place to park. They pick you up and drop you off at car. No wait time or very minimal. Reserving ahead of time takes away worry of knowing a spot will be available when you arrive.

This trip the van for pickup at the parking lot came promptly and the driver helped with my luggage. On the return the van was there, and I didn't have to wait. This driver also helped with my luggage. I tipped both for appreciation

Easy to find the parking spot lots. Friendly drivers. Quick pick up at your vehicle and delivered right to the terminal within 10-15 minutes of parking. Easy transportation back to your parking spot. Water bottles at the check out of the parking lot is great!
