I like the easygoing staff, neat and tidy space that has a ballpark kinda feel. Being able to watch sports is a bonus! Dena has been cutting my hair since I moved to Seattle 2+ years ago. She does a fantastic job cutting my very difficult, curly hair. .

Christy has been cutting my hair for several years. She does a great job and I will continue to see her. There are probably 5 Short Clips locations closer to me but I will keep seeing her. Your phone app works very well and I can see if she is working on any specific day. My wife gets her hair cut at a different chain salon and can't check to see if her stylist is working, so I appreciate the Sport Clips app.

You can choose your stylist and there is sports entertainment running at all times. Making same day appointments, if you so choose, (recommended) is relatively simple once you're in the system.

I told the stylist how I wanted the hair cut and she didn't do it but then tried to add it on at the end which resulted in a terrible looking haircut.
