Service was excellent and the carpets are fresh again. Johnny was great, he explained everything he proposed and the pricing was fair and upfront. No hidden fees or surprises. I don’t know if they are more or less than competitors, but they did a great job. I appreciate the hard work and time he took to get the carpets clean.

Prices of the areas serviced was not made transparent. Once he left, I felt as if I had been manipulated. The initial price was far above the estimated price. I could not afford it, so asked him to remove the bathroom. He said he would do the toilet area anyway, but once he did, he said he did the remainder of the bathroom as a holiday promotion. Why not just offer that from the start? I also measured the walkways and feel as if that was completely overcharged. Unfortunately, after he left I needed to mop the tile as there was an overspray left on much of the floor. I am happy with parts of the floor, but question if this was a thorough cleaning. I would have appreciated a better sales approach. Be honest with people, don’t try to upsell.

You need up front pricing.
I was being thrown out numbers and packages, all out of what my price range was that we expected. I wanted the service, but couldn't afford the high priced quote that came after the phone quote. I felt uncomfortable and pressured to make a decision which seemed quite high for the space I needed cleaned.

Zerorez came out and cleaned my carpet on 10/16/2026. I was very happy with the job they did cleaning the carpet. The carpet look great. I was also happy with the technician, Alfonso. He was was friendly, professional and answered my questions. I would give him a very good rating.
However, there were two problems I want to make you aware of. The appointment window I was given was 8 am to 10 am. When I made the appointment more than two weeks prior, I specifically asked to be the first client on the list for the morning. Alfonso called me at 8:40 am to tell me he was on his way. He arrived at my house at 9:20, which was toward the end of the window. Also, there was a 20 minute delay for Alfonso to get started (not his fault) because a piece of broken equipment on the truck. Alfonso had to work to fix the problem himself. He told me the service trucks are supposed to be checked to make sure everything is in working order. But, that did'nt happen.
So, I'm happy with the carpet cleaning job, but disappointed in how late the job was finished. Once again, very pleased with the Technician, Alfonso.
