I haven’t been to a gym in fifteen years, so I was intimidated and reluctant to step foot in one. I checked out this Fitness Together location on a whim, and it was the best decision. I’m able to get one-on-one, individualized training two times a week with a dedicated coach, which is what works for my busy schedule at this time in my life. I appreciate the flexibility, the caring trainers, and the welcoming environment.

Very positive environment. Great staff, very goal oriented. It’s a good community environment as well that will help you reach your goals, whether they are weight loss, strength gain, or other. My wife and I work together with a trainer with two different goals and they support both at the same time.
