I want to give a big thank you to Master Therapist Elaine! I came in with a really tight lower back from a herniated disc that had flared up. On top of the back pain, my hip flexors, psoas, glutes, quads and hamstrings had been picking up the slack for a couple of weeks and everything was locked up. Elaine clearly knows her stuff. She understood how all of that was connected and how one tight area was pulling on the others. She worked the tightness out of my lower back with massage and cupping, then helped stretch out my hips and glutes so the muscles carrying the extra load could finally let go. I walked in at about a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale and walked out after just one hour at a 1 or 2. I know one session isn't a cure, but the relief was huge and much needed. If you're recovering from a back injury like mine, I'd definitely recommend adding a session with Elaine to your routine. I'll be back!

Penelope was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly talented, intuitive, and truly gifted at what she does. She seems to know exactly where I am holding tension and how much pressure is needed without me having to explain much at att. What really sets her apart is the care and attention she brought to my first session. She didn't just go through the motions - she listened to my body and tailored the massage to what I needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better than when I arrived. If you are looking for a massage therapist who is skilled, professional, caring, and genuinely exceptional at her craft, I would highly recommend Penelope. She has a true gift.
