I love my experience here for the most part. The staff is wonderful and always a pleasure to talk to. My only complaint is the recent change to providing water bottles after a visit. I understand there is now a lemon water jug available in the waiting room, but having my own water bottle to take with me and enjoy at my own pace was a really nice touch. I personally preferred the previous experience and would love to see the water bottles brought back.

Holly was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job listening to my requests about the areas I wanted her to work on the most. She always made sure to ask if what she was doing was comfortable for me, such as if she needed to change her pressure, if the salt stones were too hot, and if the massage bed was comfortable. She was a great converser as well and she answered any questions I had. She also recommended multiple things to me after the massage to help with my issue going forward. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back!
