Kathy was a fabulous massage therapist! Very knowledgeable about some issues that I have that and was able to address those during our session. She is also very personable and kind. I love the ambiance there, as well. That is very important.

The atmosphere at Elements is conducive to instant relaxation. Francis is wonderful--attentive to every detail, checking in often about how things are feeling, adding extras like heating pads, while remaining low-key and gentle. A delightful, refreshing experience!

Very relaxing and great massage. Listened to my problem areas at the start and didn't go near or irritate those spots. Applied good, firm pressure but not too much. I tend to naturally resist, they were nice about subtly asking me to relax
