I think the sports/men's concept has been overlooked as of late. My second to last visit had the ABC show "The View" on the TV. Also the stylists seem to be focused on the banter between themselves vs customer focus/experience.

First time I’ve been to this sports clips at this location. Was able to get in right away, which I know is just luck on my part. Best haircut I’ve ever had and I will continue to return.

First time in, the joint felts like a Supercuts with a different paint job. After a few trips, it’s easy to admit that I was wrong. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I also noticed that it’s the same stylists in there day after day…also separating from the Supercuts model of being either a stepping stone for folks new to the industry or being unable to retain staff for more than a couple of months at a time.

The staff always does a great job with both my son’s haircuts, ages 8 & 13. They are fast, efficient make the boys feel more mature, and really feel proud when they leave the haircut!

Chill on the product upsells. Some stylists don’t know when to stop. A pregnant belly shouldn’t be used as a sales tactic to encourage additional purchases
