the system has never worked correctly. the RO system will not even dispense a cup of water. the system has caused water hammer in my lines. worse decision I made putting the system in my home. The delivery drivers are great, the system not so much. i just gave up on trying to make it work. DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

When I called for help you responded right away & helped to resolve the problem over the phone. One day morning water stoped flowing from all fauces in my house . I called culligan & the lady who attended my phone asked me to bypass softner system by walking me through. then water started flowing. she scheduled an appnt for tech to check the system. The tech found issue with regulator & said to get cheaper plumber from outside. when I called a private plumber he was more prizy & selling me a cheaper brand regulator. so I called back culligan to replace Wilkins regulator which costed me way less. I love Culligan for their prompt service & loyalty. Keep it up !
