After conducting his assessment and ensuring our unit is working properly, He took the time to explain the reasons for our softener not regenerating and demonstrated how to correct the issue next time the power to home is interrupted. Recently we received a shipment of 4 bags of salt delivered to our home. Thank You! Your delivery people are friendly and even do eye contact which is getting to be rare with the younger generations. I also like the quick billing process you provide via cpu. I like paying the same day I get the statement online. Yup, I took my Fall shower this a.m. and the soft water was GREAT! Well, I do shower more often than four time per year but it makes for a good story. As a kid growing up watching the Howdy Doody show I figured Princess SummerFall WinterSpring had it right. Keep up the Good Work and hopefully Culligan will stay on the East Side of the Mississippi.
