I’ve always liked the taste of Culligan water. We used it while stationed in Italy with the military. The salespeople in O’Fallon were exceptional. I feel I can trust Zach, the delivery driver. Ty

They came on the day scheduled, spoke politely, explained job being performed, finished in a timely fashion, cleaned up the area and left no trash. Very good crew. Thank You.

Easy to TALk to a PERSON when I call. Staff responds to my request quickly. Delivery of bags of salt to our home, down stops multiple times always with a smile. Unfortunately, my husband is ADA & is unable to walk independently much less able to heave bags. I use to be able to lift the bags into water softener receptacle, but recently I injured my shoulder badly. Zack was exceptional when he delivered 6-8bags on Thursday. He was courteous to my 8mo old German Shepherd too!

Reverse Osmosis system is hassle free, and the service lady did a fabulous job changing out the filters. Also asked repeatedly if I had any questions, or I had any concerns about any of the equipment.
