The office staff is prompt in scheduling and keeps you notified of any changes. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If a problem can’t be repaired in the initial visit, they inform the office so arrangements are made for the customer for asap. My water is clean, odor-free, and soft. I need to use less detergents. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and have never had any major issues with the water system or the staff.

Dependable service. They carry the water into my house. For me, that is just great. I do not have any complaints of concerns. My son and daughter has used Culligan water and water treatments.

The reminders are incredibly important to us, but even more important is the professionalism of the driver and the office staff. The filtration system speaks for itself. I no longer have to go to the laundromat to prevent stains on our clothing.

When you look forward to our Culligan technician servicing our equipment, you can be assured of their professionalism and expertise. We consistently seek their advice due to their thorough knowledge. Most importantly, we order a large volume of water bottles because, throughout the month, they deliver them directly to our kitchen, which is very convenient and vital for us. We trust that Culligan is diligently ensuring our water quality meets the standards necessary for dishwashing and laundry. We cannot praise their service enough; they are highly user-friendly and attentive. Let Culligan manage all your water needs—whether it's regular delivery or equipment maintenance. We hold their service in the highest regard and appreciate their timely notifications about visits for water delivery or equipment checkups. Trust Culligan to handle your water requirements with the same level of dedication.
