I have always had my vehicles serviced and repaired at Precision Tune in Daphne, Al. This location is absolutely the most friendly and efficient shop I have ever been to. Everyone is helpful and they take their time with each customer with patience. They answer questions and explain repairs on a laymens level if need be. They are also timely and accurate with their services. Thank you Precision Tune for an always good experience.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've only ever had positive experiences. Oil changes are quick and easy. They recently replaced the tire air pressure sensors in all 4 tires and it was better out the door pricing than I was originally quoted. They had to be ordered through the dealership so I was expecting to pay more for that. All this to say, that Precision is always my go to for servicing. Thanks for what y'all do to make repairs and maintenance easy.

They are usually very prompt on getting you in at or before appointment time. Not long after this oil change visit started, Rebecca told me the tech recommended (1) engine air filter change, which was fine, and (2) "tune up," or current version of spark plug change, etc. This location had already relatively recently replaced the spark plugs, and I reminded her of that. She confirmed via looking at my car's history; she said the two systems (apparently) don't integrate, so the "suggestion" site did not know of the recent spark plug/ tune up they performed. A large business network should really integrate the two systems so your "suggestion" side can check in "invoice" side if this location (or other Precision Tune place) had already performed that same service before talking about it. TY.
