I don't normally get an "honest vibe" from mechanic shops, but I 100% felt like they were being honest with their assessments. Also, they don't offer free valet service, but Felicia offered to drop me off and pick me up. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Absolutely AMAZING experience. Not only did they open early for us after we told them google said they opened earlier and they truly were appologetic. Felicia was working the counter and I can't tell that she doesnt own the place. Beyond professional and courteous. We wont be using any other shop for our needs.
