I dealt with Thomas primarily and he was beyond great. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I had some major issues with my truck and he took the time (they are pretty busy there and I can definitely understand why- the grapevine works wonders!) to go over everything with me without insulting my mechanical knowledge. I feel the cost of parts and repair were fair and the work was exceptional. My truck was ready the day after the parts came in. Highly recommend! Ask for Thomas or Shawn.

I am quite pleased with the work performed by the mechanic who replaced the catalytic converter on my Kia Soul. Very experienced, knowledgeable and a true professional. The cost for parts and labor was reasonable, and the work included topping off miscellaneous fluids and an overall check of the vehicle. Will use the services of Precision Tune Auto Care in the future should the need arise.

I love the team there they always do great work and are so kind. William will give me straightforward pricing and great advice. They are truly so personable there and I feel like I can trust them. Also the prices on maintenence is good and I can drop it off and walk to a couple of businesses over to work and pick it up at the end of the day. 10 out of 10

Quick to diagnose, estimate, and repair AC proplem. Also shared a 2017 tech bulletin that should have been read and utilized by GM dealer years ago. Staffed by Friendly, dirt-under-fingernails type technicians.
