1. The mechanics do good work. I've never had to come back because something was done incorrectly. 2. The prices - while not cheap - are fair. They're certainly a lot more affordable than a dealership's would be. 3. The work gets done quickly. These guys always make an effort to get my car back to me as soon as possible. On my recent visit, I had to have the catalytic converter replaced because the car failed its smog test. Precision Tune not only replaced the converter, but they also got the smog test done for me. That saved me a trip to the DMV. Courtesies like this keep me coming back whenever I need something done. I recommend Precision Tune to everyone I know.
