I am well pleased with the services and customer service I received from this specific location of precision tune auto care. 201 sw HWY54 ste 1. They have always handled my oil changes but I have had to have more extensive work done and they have done a great job

Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back. This is the first time I’ve gone for service and didn’t get pressured to fix things that didn’t even need to be fixed. I love Precision Tune Auto Care

I went to the store because our back tire kept going flat. The technician Eric was going to plug it but after seeing the sidewall damage, recommended we get new tires. It was so late in the day, we waited for the next day to have Eric replace and rotate tires and do an oil change since it was needed. My high schooler relies on this car for transportation so he stayed to take the car while I had to get back to work. I was able to receive the final bill over email and pay online which was super convenient! Thank you for excellent customer service.

Francisco and the team at hwy54 and hwy55 did a great job on the alternator replacement in my 2004 ford focus. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use there services in the future.

The Staff at the NC HWY 55 Shop in Durham, NC (I-40 Exit 276) is Outstanding. They are always ready to perform extra work for their customers at reasonable prices. They're the Best Repair Shop in the Triangle. Francisco and Don really have their act together! You won't regret using their services! Glenn B, Retired
