Excellent staff, wonderful climate, honest and trustworthy business practices! I would not take either of my vehicles to any other auto care business. This precision tune is like my extended family, I believe in the service provided, I know that my vehicle is in good hands when I leave my vehicle, I can leave it knowing that I don't have to worry about being overcharged and under-serviced, I know that any major decision about my vehicle is shared with me before any work is started, which gives me the opportunity to decide how the team will proceed. They never start work without your approval, instead the team helps you prioritize immediate safety needs versus future maintenance, ensuring you stay safe on the road without any budget surprises. Overall, the atmosphere is pleasant and homely; I love how I'm treated as their customer!
