I called for a oil change before traveling last minute. The new customer service lady was very bubbly and welcoming not only on the phone but when I arrived at the location. The gentlemen that was assist her was also very nice and patient with her because she was new. I was in and out in a timely manner. I definitely will be returning for other car services.

Precision tune is always professional couriers prompt is they can be. They always explain what they find and show you before they receive forward. And they put your worries to rest. Manager Amanda is top tier. Her new office manager at this moment I can't remember her name she was so excellent so professional so courteous always checked on the people in the lobby to see if we needed anything. The mechanic I can't remember his name either I want to say James I appreciate you sir for putting my worries to rest

It was 30 minutes before the shop was to close when I needed an oil change. I called the business to see if it was too late for me to get an oil change.It was 5:30pm and shop closes at 6:00pm. The manager Ty asked me how far was I from the shop I had just pulled into the parking lot. He said, no I can come on in and they had my oil changed done in 30 minutes very grateful.

I just dropped in, no appointment for an oil change. Great service, straight in job done in about 25 mins. Also fell asleep in the comfy chair in the waiting area.... :)

I was able to get in and out under an hour. I had been to several places and could not be seen until 2 -4 hrs later; although, there was only one to two cars in the bays. Precision had one car int he bay with 2-3 others coming in afterwards and still got me in and out....
