It started at the counter, I was greated very kindly. I was concerned about how long the job would be. But after the process was explained to me it settled my nerves. I received a phone call that evening informing me of the status of ordered parts and an approximate time it will be ready. On the following morning I received another call informing me the parts are being installed and is going for a test run, once it is successful he will give me a call. The final called came in saying I can come pick up my car, it was tested and its running great. In our conversation I was told, " I'm not in the business of robbing people, I'm in the business of fixing cars." Thank you guys at Precision Tune 1570 Old Trolley Road Summerville SC 29485.

I was served quickly and efficiently. I came in at 8 o’clock thinking I would drop my car off because my service appointment was not till 10 o’clock, but as I was waiting for my ride to pick me up, the technician came out and said your car was finished, even though my appointment was not until 10. They start working on it when I dropped it off that saved me two trips to precision tune that day.

They are always good to go to. When I get oil changes I just have lunch next door at Dog & Duck and they text me when finished. Makes for an awesome start to Friday.
