My turn signal was not working. I knew it was not the bulb therefore I needed to have someone who could further diagnose the problem and after looking at the reviews of Precisions web site I choose to call, and they were able to take me in the following morning on a busy Saturday. There was little wait time, everyone was friendly a professional. It was a wire connection that was the problem.
