It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone not only go into detail & break down what’s going on with my vehicle, but actually give excellent customer service as well. Great customer service seems to be rare now days, but I will say I was very well taken care of.

top notch customer service and it really felt like they cared about my wallet and my car. Ms. Tina from the lake Murray blvd location in Irmo SC even said to another customer how they treat your baby like their baby as in your car and I just thought that said a lot about how they value their customers- She also was very informative about ways to save money while still receiving quality service.

I was so impressed with the focus the mechanic gave to my car. She ( I don’t know her name ) worked and worked to solve my problem. It was an electrical problem and those are very hard to solve. She stayed in contact with me asking questions about the car that might give her direction in what to look for. But she did it. She actually did it. She was the third mechanic to look at my problem. The first two failed. Thank you. Thank you. I’ll be back for sure Charles C.

I went to the Irmo location and the manager was very helpful. I got my oil changed and I was there about an hour. The manager asked if anyone wanted a drink. The customer service was excellent!
