I appreciate how Johnathan and Levi work in sync with one another In making sure a customer is aware of what is need as far as service on their. I like that they will actually show you your car and the area of the car that needs servicing. I also like that to save a customer money, they will if possible, give a customer more than one quote to choose from in servicing and repairing their car.

I don't know much about the products, but I've always been given great service, especially after concerns when I felt there was a problem after paying for service that fell short. Jonathan and the guys always listened to my concerns and took action to correct any problem to make sure my car was safe on the road. I put my full trust in all the guys at Precision Tune. Jonathan is a very strong worker and manager. He runs a well oiled shop!

I truly appreciated the transparency throughout what started as a simple tire replacement and turned into a costly transmission issue (at no fault of Percision Tune). The team made the process to get the necessary documents I needed to file a claim with the other company as comfortable as possible in an extremely uncomfortable situation. Levi and Jonathan provided outstanding assistance when these unexpected challenges arose. Their proactive approach and commitment to providing me documentation regarding their finding made the experience smooth and reassuring.

I was extremely happy with my service recently. After almost two years the tire light issue was finally resolved. It feels wonderful not to see the tire light on all the times. Also, the major repair I had done with a new sway bar, my car is running smoothly .

Jonathan, the manager of the Manassas, VA, PT shop, knows cars and, even better, knows his customers who come back time and again because he is honest and decent and a good mechanic. He will not take advantage of naive or young drivers and try to sell them unnecessary "repairs". If you come in for an oil change, that's what you'll get, not someone trying to sell you a new transmission or scare you with a batch of worn-out filters and belts. Customers know that they will get a square deal, an honest deal, and a good deal - which is why they keep coming back.

Generally very good service, however, this time you did not tell me you were using synthetic oil and i would have chosen standard oil if given the choice. I dont know if it is ok to use standard oil if i need to add.
