I came on a Federal holiday. For that reason, Precision Tune was flooded with customers. They were up for the challenge. My car was ready in a very reasonable amount time!

Assessment of work needed was reasonable for the vehicle age and condition. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and informative. Phone calls were answered immediately. After I decided to have substantial work done, my old car was ready as promised even though many parts had to come from different places.

Shawn Martin and his team were very thorough and professional. They took my vehicle on short notice and completed the repairs the same day. They only stressed one critical issue and did not pressure less urgent services. Overall, I was very comfortable doing business with Precision Tune Auto Care in Gaithersburg and would use their services in the future.
