The representative that came to test my water was great. He was professional, honest and took his time to explain to me about the test results. He didn't try to sell me anything. He asked what my concerns were - I felt I needed a reverse osmosis system and that's what I got. The gentleman that came to install the system was equally professional. He installed the system - which fits perfectly under my kitchen sink - in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and explained how to use the system. I was very happy with the whole experience. Thank you!!
