Mackenzie was very professional. I have been for a massage for over a year, so my body wasn't quite ready for it. I only did a half hour instead of an hour. I will return to see Mackenzie again when I can schedule regular visits.

Very professional and thorough intake. Lovely space - feels relaxing as soon as you come through the door, to the waiting room. Most importantly, I felt that my RMT listened carefully to me and she really seemed to get me. She based her massage on what we agreed upon together and it was amazing. I had a fabulous first experience at Elements Massage, and I even left with a water bottle to keep hydrated - nice touch!
