I have been coming to elements in Birmingham almost monthly for the last 6 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Anne, who I have been seeing for over 6 years, is absolutely fantastic. I recommend so many people to you guys and talk about Anne every chance I get. The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the facility is always clean.

I had a very bed, frozen shoulder, and Evon has been working with and understanding the problem I have and I’m getting much better than I used to be. I can’t wait until I really feel much better. Thank you so much for all your help.

Sarah was wonderful throughout the 90 minute massage. She answered all my questions, did everything to address the areas of concern, and took the necessary amount of time on the real site areas. It was one of the best massages I have ever had.
