My massage therapist hit every sore spot on my body and really helped alleviate all the knots and tight muscles. She did a great job!

My therapist listens to my needs and is very flexible in adjusting therapy. He often knows where I need work better than I do. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and very professional. I consider my work at Elements to be an important part of health routine, especially as an active senior.

My message therapist is awesome and the receptionist is very friendly and inviting. My only complaint is the horrible music playing in the background. This week it sounded like music for a funeral home, that is not relaxing!

The most effective, customized massage i’ve ever had. It wasn’t an obvious timed routine, he took time to listen to what I said about an area I’ve had problems with for over 20 years and how my body responded. I’ve never had anything like it. Ask for Kalion. With the wait.

Connie is amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, listens to my request each visit, friendly, senses when it is appropriate to have conversation and when not because I want to relax. I only book with her.

Every massage therapist that I've seen has been great. Yesterday, I saw Suzana and she is a wonderful massage therapist. She made me so comfortable and relaxed that I fell asleep during the massage. Great location, great staff.

This was one of my lifetime best massages! My therapist Maylene is outstanding in every way and our 60 minute session was incredibly healing for my body and soul. Her application of deep tissue skills to the regions of tension in my body felt amazing in the moment, and the therapeutic and stress- relieving effects have continued after the massage. I am so grateful for the experience. Thank you!

I've been too many massage studios. And I'd have to say elements is the best. And you have to visit Reagan when you come. She definitely knows her stuff

Therapist used time wisely and checked with me periodically to ensure I was okay with amount of deep tissue she was using. I also enjoyed amount of time spent on hands and feet.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smiling warm welcome. And my massage was the best one I have ever had. Kahal listened to what my issues were and boy did he delivered. I will definitely be back monthly
