I really like my massage therapist, Alex. I’ve not needed, or used other therapists or services at elements. Alex Bhamani is so professionally attentive and kind—always on time, and never rushed either. Before beginning my massage each time, he always asks about any physical issues I’m currently dealing with that could use particular massage attention; or, any issues or conditions causing discomfort that should be avoided. The massage room is always immaculately clean, calming scent and inviting ambiance. I love the convenience of this elements location, personally, as well. Also, staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Just an overall, low-key, pleasant experience for massage—not a lot of fussiness. I appreciate the small-size atmosphere.

I enjoy the overall experience of touch, which is so important to a person's well-being. A great sense of peace and calm come over me during a massage, and when I have aches and pains, I know that I'll come out of my session feeling relief. This is the kind of self-care that is important.

Zuleykha is by far the best masseuse I've had at any massage place ever. When I first came to Elements I was given a "master masseuse" or something like that for free as a welcome. And no shade to her, she was fine, but honestly nothing special as her title would suggest. So I didnt want to continue paying extra for a basic massage so I just booked an appointment with a random "regular" masseuse and got lucky enough to be paired with Zuleykha! She is so knowledge and skilled in her technique. She does all the regular massages of course, but she'll incorporate pressure points/breathing and stretches into the massage to really work the knots out fast! For no extra cost. Absolutely incredible experience every time. If you want a good massage, request Zuleykha!
