The staff are Wonderfully kind & warming!! They're the BEST example of hospitality and informative to all their clients! I'm on vacation from Tennessee and was in A LOT of pain but the moment I walked through their doors, the staff immediately helped ease some of my pain just by being empathetic with me! Very considerate & informative bc BOTH masseuse(s) gave me tips + excersises for me to use to help elevate my pain. It was meant to be for the universe to pick this specific location based off the helpful reviews & better rating! They EXCEEDS EXPECTATION!!! Thank you to the staff for helping me when I was in pain,l. I also joined as a member bc I remember going to a massage with my cousins when I was visiting Orlando, Florida and their staff was also kind + helpful! Hopefully, the staff in Knoxville, TN are as empathetic & kind, too!
