The staff is fantastic. Kristina is amazing. She helped me with my frozen shoulder and extremely tight I-T Bands.

Highly qualified therapists, friendly and helpful reception staff. Customers are paired with the therapist that most fits their needs. My husband and I have been having massage therapy there for many years. We won’t go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Elements if you want a customized massage! The therapists provide the pressure and specific spots that you ask for. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the beds are as warm or as cool as you like, and you can talk or be silent without any awkwardness. I usually book with one specific therapist but I recently booked with a different person due to my schedule. They were just as great!! I highly recommend trying Elements Massage Avon
