I rely on my monthly massage with Kelly. His experience and expertise brings relief! I enjoy using the herbs and aroma therapy as part of my treatment.
Your facility is beautiful. Very relaxing. Your service quality depends very much on who you get.
My favorite provider is Nikki. Second is Mr. Kelly. I recently seem to have experienced a mix-up. I didn't want to wait a week or two for either of them to be available, and I thought I booked with "Joy". I was surprised when Joy was a man (no big deal, just not a common name for a man) and had a massage. It was mediocre at best.
I did ask for firm pressure - which I got. But the pressure was mostly elbows. Which, as you can imagine, isn't as enjoyable as thumbs or even the heels of hands.
That said, I booked another massage yesterday. Two people were available for the time slot when I booked it. Joy and Albert. I picked Albert because I didn't want to get "Joy" again. So I am not sure whether the providers were switched on me, or if this was an error on my part. I even asked at the desk afterward, and the desk person said I had Albert last time, too. In any event, I was disappointed. It was much the same except...
This time it was a 90-minute full body! It started four minutes late and ended six minutes early (3:04 / 4:24). And after I flipped over onto my back, he didn't massage my arms.
The entire massage was clunky - he kept moving his chair - and when he would move, it would hit the bottom of the massage table - jarring - that sort of thing. Just not the standard I am sure you would like to uphold. And the end ... LOL - both times.... he turned up the lights and said, "That's it for today" - and walked out. Maybe I sound like a jerk (I like to think I am not), but it was so abrupt that it actually startled me. Anyway - thought you might like to know. Sincerely, [NAME REMOVED]
I’ve had a couple massages from Joy and I’ve been extremely impressed with her ability to work magic with the troubled areas that I have. I like going as a non-member because I like the flexibility with that.
I had my first massage from Joy. She did a good job. It was my first massage that I have ever had. I am planning on coming back again and checking out their other masseurs.
Yay is great! I’m not a big massage person but I’ve been converted - it’s relaxing, helpful for releasing my tight muscles, and Tay sends me home with exercises to loosen up the tension on my own.
The entire staff were incredibly kind and warm. The therapists I saw were incredibly knowledgeable and after the services gave me recommendations to help me. Would highly recommend!
