I booked my first massage ever yesterday, with Sarah, in San Ramon. I have Arthritis and use a cane. She was incredibly professional. After my 60 minute session, I was deeply relaxed, and in the least amount of pain I've been in since being a child. Immediately booked a follow up, and despite only making minimum wage, I am so tempted to get a membership.
I love the massages. I usually see Austin who knows just the right spot, when I tell him my neck, shoulders, knees etc. are bothering that day; I get the relief from the pain which is so important.
I’ve also gone to Sarah and Sam and they are both great as well.
Everything is so clean at the establishment and the front desk receptionists are very friendly.
I have a lot going on in my life right now, the massages are my gift to myself to relax and refresh. I go weekly right now. This is my gift to myself.
Chauntay always gets out my aches and pains. My back can breathe after a session with her. I choose Dawn if I want to get super relaxed and rest. Melissa is the perfect in-between both light and firm. All three are my favorites. Every other month I switch. This way I get the best for my body. I can't wait till my next massage session.
It was my first massage in years, but everything was excellent. From booking, entering the spa, to the time i left, every member of staff was polite and professional and the process was clearly explained.
