I had such an excellent facial experience with Kiki! From the moment I arrived at Elements Massage. I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Kiki was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, she took the time to understand my skin and what it needed. The facial itself was absolutely wonderful—so relaxing, yet also incredibly thorough. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward, and I could genuinely see and feel the difference. Kiki has such a gentle touch and creates such a calming experience that I left feeling not only amazing about my skin, but also completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Massage was lovely - great service. One of the best I’ve had and I’ve had massages throughout the world. Very relaxing One negative and not related to the massage- the water is left in direct sun and therefore very warm when provided to you- I prefer room temp water but this was warm water. Change that setup!
