Friendly front desk staff and great therapists like Gena! It was an amazing experience with Gena again and I'm amazed and impressed with her care, attention to detail and skill. She even remembered a preference from my last visit that I forgot to bring up. Happy that Gena is considered elite level as she is one of a kind!

Leanne does an amazing job! She is easy to talk to and inquires about what I need. She spent 3 months working out a sore spot I had on my shoulder for years and it has felt better for several months now. The front desk is always friendly and helpful.

I've seen several therapists @ Elements Massage Maple Valley and they've all be welcoming, professional and superb at their craft. I can call and almost always a real person answers the phone, and the people at the front desk are super sweet and always very helpful. I drive 1/2 hour to get to Elements Maple Valley, and it's WELL worth the drive. Much appreciated!
