This is my second time submitting a review and the first time I submitted one it wasn’t very good. This time I am going to give the ladies all tens. I hadn’t been back since I had a not so great experience and when I walked in the manager (Jessica I think is her name) , actually knew who I was and remembered my situation. After my massage was over and I was checking out she was apologetic. She was amazing, she helped me out with my account and it really meant a lot that she remembered the situation and knew who I was. I also got the impression that the person that I had had the issue with was no longer part of the staff. I have always had good luck with the massage therapists at elements, but the receptionist was iffy. I’m glad to see some kinder hearts working upfront.
